REFURBISHED and Dyno tested with fresh paint with all upgrades listed below.
REFUIRBISH, DYNO TEST, and Convert to an Industrial Engine Application (1000RPM Gas Compression) ADDITIONAL COST We will perform all below listed work at a Caterpillar Dealer (and whatever additional is needed)
A Caterpillar parts warranty will be included
**NO CORE NEEDED**
1. Install new rod and main bearings as well the updated rod bolts.
2. Install upgraded ADEM 3 Controller, including spark plugs & feedback sensors, A/F Module.
3. Install new flywheel for compression application (6I-2076)
4. Change the damper on the front of the engine- we require 7C-2123 (industrial Damper)
5. Install Pre-Lube Pumps (We have 2 we will supply)
6. Rebuild turbos as a precaution.
7. Remove hydrax accumulator & position sensors on actuators.
8. Replace ASCO gas shut-off valves.
9. Fully Dyno Test
10. Paint-color determined by customer
11. Engines will include a Caterpillar Warranty
Engine was built in late 2000 and shipped to the original customer in 2002. Engine was properly stored with VCI Oil for future use.
