We would like to thank you for shopping with Green Industrial!  Please read all of our terms & policies before buying to ensure the best possible experience! Local Pickup:

We are located in Belgium, WI.  If you would like to schedule an appointment to inspect an item, or to pick it up, please contact us directly.  Please note that we must charge sales tax for a local pick up, unless you are tax exempt.  If you are tax exempt we require a copy of your tax exempt certificate before pick up.

 

Shipping:

Shipping – Small Packages:

We do our very best to ship all items on the day the payment has cleared or the next business day.  If there is a delay in shipping your item we will contact you.  All items valued over $200.00 include delivery confirmation.  Please note that once a package has left our facility, we have absolutely no way of changing the delivery address.  If we need to reship the unit because it has been returned to us you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.

Shipping--International:

Our preferred method of International Shipping is via USPS Express Mail International as it is the most cost effective, includes a tracking number, and includes insurance. If you would like us to use a different method of international shipping, please contact us and we will let you know the cost of the requested service.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE will we ship via any method which does not include a tracking number and delivery confirmation or provide false information on customs forms. Please note that items shipped outside of the United States may incur brokerage charges or customs fees.  As a customer you are responsible for these charges, as Green Industrial assumes no responsibility for the payment of these charges, nor do we have any way of calculating these charges.

Emergency / Expedited Services:

We understand that some of our customers need items fast because of an emergency after business hours.  We will do our very best to work with you to meet your demands. If it is after hours, please contact us by email info@gibuys.com and we will respond as soon as possible with expedited solutions and costs.

Shipping –Freight:

Our preferred LTL Carriers are Dayton Freight, Old Dominion, and UPS Freight. If you are interested in purchasing a larger item which requires freight, please contact us directly for the best freight price possible.  Please note that we quote you the exact price of freight and do not include any additional charges of any kind.  If you would like us to work with a different carrier, or you would like to arrange freight, please contact us and we will give you the pickup address, dimensions, and weight. Please note that items will not be shipped until the freight charges have been paid.

 

Payment Terms:

We will under no circumstance ship an item when payment has not cleared or the item has not yet been paid for.

We accept Paypal and credit / debit cards for all items under $5,000.00.  If an item is over $5,000.00 we require payment via Wire Transfer Only.

 

Pre-Purchase Inspection:

If you would like to arrange for a technician to come in and test a unit or inspect a unit before purchase, please contact us any time to make arrangements.

 

Return Policy:

Our goal at Green Industrial is to please our customers and we do our very best to describe each item accurately.  Please note that all units are sold in as-is condition with no warranties or guarantees. We offer a 30 day return policy from the date on the invoice on all items UNLESS otherwise noted within the product description.  With this return policy you have 30 days from the date of invoice to return the unit if it is found to be defective.  Please contact us directly to let us know you will be returning the defective unit. Once we receive the unit and have verified it is in the same condition as when we shipped it, we will either send you a replacement unit if we have one in stock or we will issue a refund for the unit price only back to the same method of payment.  All refunds will be for the price of the defective unit ONLY and do not include shipping charges.  Alterations or removal of any components off an item voids the 30-day return policy. Please note that most of our equipment is in used condition, and we offer this 30 day return policy so you have the opportunity to test the unit and make sure it is the condition you expected.  Any claims for a defective item must be received by our company in writing prior to 30 days from the date of invoice.

Please note that there are ABSOLUTLEY NO RETURNS after 30 days for any reason.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
